Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Post Divorce Parenting Time Conflict
The Judge order states Summer Vacation: During the children's summer break, the Non-custodial parent shall have two block's of three-week periods of parenting time. The non-custodial's twenty-one day blocks shall not include holiday parenting time. The pick-up and drop off shall be 6PM to 6PM unless noted otherwise.
This is unclear as the dispute is if it is if a day is considered a 24 hour period of time or if a day is Monday Tuesday etc and if a week is considered Monday at 6PM to Sunday at 6 pm for the 3 weeks?
Example Non-custodial parent requested June 11, 2007 at 6PM to July 2, 2007 at 6PM drop off wouldn't that be 22 days not 21 days?
Custodial parent interprets the verbage to be drop off of June 11, 2007 at 6PM to July 1, 2007 at 6PM for the summer break as the 3 week period 21 days?
Which interpretation is correct to use?

Re: Post Divorce Parenting Time Conflict
I would interpret it as 21 days. Even if it is 22 days, take advantage of this interpretation when it is your turn.
