Protecting An Inheritiance

Is there a way to ensure that my sister retains 100% of everything I leave her in my Will if she were to get divorced?

There is nothing that you can do to ensure that occurs. However, if you sister keeps careful track of the items received pursuant to inheritance laws, those assets are considered non-marital in a divorce proceeeding. Only under very rare circumstances would a court invade property received as an inheritance in a divorce for property division. THe burden of proving the assets are non-maritakl would fall on you sister.
