Evidence may be of a myriad of forms. In family court, often one important role of the judge / referee is to make a discernment as to the credibility of evidence and testimony of parties and witnesses. Each case is unique to its own facts. If you face this issue, I urge you to confer privately with an experienced attorney and she can assist you in great detail based upon the full facts.
