Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I purchased my house prior to getting married. I put $45,000 down on the house and added over $60,000 in renovations before getting married. After I got married, we refinanced my home to a lower interest rate. I am now getting divorced. How much of the house is now mine? Thank you!

I am afraid that the answer is not quite so simple. It would require a full review of the case, the history of transactions with regard to the house, including any refinancing, and capital improvements and much more. There may be a multitude of arguable positions depending on the facts.
