Quickest way

How do you obtain a quick divorce when the parties don't live in the same state and not even in the state that they got married in. What's the quickest way to resolve a situation liek this.

File for divorce in a state in which one of the spouses resides.

Most states have no-fault divorce laws and procedures for obtaining administrative and/or default decrees that can be used to obtain a divorce in cases where the parties have resolved all the issues and entered into a signed marital termination agreement. You will need to check the divorce laws and rules of procedure in the state where you file, and comply with them.
