recognition of parentage/custody

what if you never signed any documents of r.o.p in any state but want to get custody of your children. also if you have no idea of the location of the other parent how to gain custody of the children under abandoment.

Wwhether or not you have signed a r.o.p., you can still petition for custody.

If the location of the mother is unknown, you can still petition for custody or parenting time, depending on your relationship with the child (have you spent time caring for the child, for example). This is not a "garden variety" case, however, and many more facts would have to be evalauted. If you need assistance, or have additional questions, my contact information is below.
