Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Relocating to another Country

My childrens bio parent has not seen them since October 2003. He pays random child support which is garnished from his wages. I have no idea where he is and no way of contacting him. I would like to move Windsor, Ontario with my fiance. What do I need to do to legally relocate with my children?

Re: Relocating to another Country

You must have an agreement with the other parent or file a Motion in court. If you cannot locate the other party, you may seek to serve them by publication.
