Repercussions on Plaintiff

The Plaintiff has knowing allowed a Lawyer that has been suspended from practicing law to actively represent the Plaintiff in a ghost manner; producing all the legal documents that were used and filed 4 or 5 different proceedings, ie motions affidavits , response to motions, response affidavits. Can the Plaintiff be held responsible in any way and does this effect the outcome from the proceedings that had taken place and

if so how.

Unauthorized practice of law is a misdemeanor for which the attorney could be prosecuted. Under the statutes, the Plaintiff might be charged as an accessory. The attorney could also be subject to more serious disciplinary sanctions than suspension if found to have practiced law while suspended.
