Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Is there a way to request copies of payroll checks a person has cashed from the bank? I need proof of how much my ex really makes to help determine a fare child support payment but he has been lying to the courts for years with his other two cases, I know he's gonna do the same to me. I know who he worked for, how much he was getting paid and what banks his checks where written from. How can I make the courts aware of his actual wages? Please help. He pays 870/mo right now and I only get 50.00 of that and our court date is on july, 23rd. Thanks

If you have an action pending, a subpoena duces tecum may be served requiring a member of the bank to appear at any hearing with the records. If the checks are not deposited into an account and cased, there likely would not be an available record.

Similarily, you may subpoena the same records fro the employer.
