rescind

can i rescind signature from marital termination agreement? i was never served properly, agreement i signed was never dated etc, and i would like to get legal advice. agreement now shows date of 10/04/2004 date of service, and 10/14/2004 on the marital termination agreement. i also never showed id when signing. i need advise quick! thanks

Re: rescind

You may recind any agreement so long as it has not been signed as an Order of the Court. If your MTA was sent to the Court you must repudiate immediately by sending a letter and calling the court.
