Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I was served with divorce papers tonight. If I can't afford to retain an attorney, as the husband controls all the money, is there a court order I can file to request that he help me retain an attorney?

married 28 years; all retirement accounts are in his name, as I was a stay at home mom
