Child support arrears during a divorce can be paid in many different ways. It can be satisfied by awarding the other parent additional financial accouhts or bank accounts. It can award a lump sum if available. Often, child support arrears are collected monthly, at a rate based on 20% of your monthly ongoing child suport obligation.
