Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Hello Sir/Madam,

I applied for dissolution of marriage in July in a court in USA.

My wife wants 100% custody of my child who is 3.5 Years.

I am not agreeing with it and fighting it in US Court.

In the mean time she filed harassment case(498A) on all my family

members living here and in India she filed a complaint with out going

to India. It is very easy to toss that case in terms of evidence.

I want to know if I can file harassment case on her in US court?

Request for Physiology evaluation and temporary 100% custody of my

child till our issues resolved.

Please let me know.

There seems to be very little value in filing a harassment case in Minnesota. Your goal should be to present your custody case in the most effective manner.
