at what age does a boy and a girl need too sleep in seperate rooms according too the minnesota law?

There is no age set by statute. It would depends on the particular circumstances of the case including the financial circumstances and the age and maturity of the children.
A family law court may set restrictions if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the children and the matter is brought to the court by a motion.
