My son and exgirlfriend had a child and I'm not aloud to see him . No DNA test has been done and she isn't asking for anything from him at this time but her parents help her with everything. Do I have any rights, Can I pursue visitaion..

No rights to custody or parenting time vest until there is a court order granting them for a father. If you are adjudicated the father, you must seek custody and parenting rights to have any enforceable rights. If you are not adjudicated as a father, a paternity case must be commenced.
