My sons father was recently fired from his job when he learned that I was going to take him to court for child support. He now is working for cash as he has been the last 3 years. He doesnt claim this on his taxes and there is no trace besides the cash deposits into his checking account. I know the companys information that he works for...what can I do?

You would be wise to hire counsel. Through the process of dfiscovery, evidence may be acquire that would uncover evidence of hidden income. That evidence can be presented in court to seek an imputation of income.
