Being Sopenaded

If you get sopenaded for a case and you really dont want to be a part of it what are your options?

A subpoena is a court order requiring you to appear. If you fail to appear and the subpoena was properly served, the subpoenaing party may ask for a warrant to compel your appearance in court.
