Spouse's income
My husband works as a carpenter and I work part time teaching and take care of the kids and step kids and house. My husband is going to divorce me and now won't let his kids come to our house. He has forwarded his mail to a PO box and is keeping his paychecks. Can he do this? I have only my income to pay our bills.

There is nothing to prevent him from doing this. You would have to file for a legal separation or divorce and seek a temporary hearing to resolve such issues.

He can do anything he wants with the kids that are not of your marriage.
He can forward his mail to a post office box.
I suppose he can put his money in a separate bank account.
However, he has a duty to support your kids, and should be helping with the house payments. (IS he still living with you?)
If he isn't financially helping out, your remedy is to file for either divorce or separation, and seek a court order making him help out. It is drastic, but might be your only option.
