What state to divorce?

I am getting divorced. I was married in WI and now live in MN, which state do I divorce in?

For information on Minnesota or Wisconsin divorce, visit us online at http://www.divorceprofessionals.com. We are licensed in both States.

You must file in the State in which you are a resident. In Minnesota, you must have residency for 180 days prior to filing a divorce action.
