Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Stepmother

I currently have shared custody of my son with my ex-husband. Although my son lives with me 98% of the time and in our papers it states that my ex is suppose to call within 48 hours to request visitation. Well he is married and they are currently seperated. But she is the one that calls and emails me things about visits and get togethers. I politely asked that she have my ex be the one to call me about these things. Then he said to me that he gives her the authority to handle this because he doesn't have time to call. My question is do I have to except her being the one to handle these things or is it his father's responsablity? I want to be fair.

Re: Stepmother

What is your objection to his spouse calling? A court would likely allow that to occur and may believe you are being unreasonable in your objection.
