Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Support modification

My husband filed for a modification due to emancipation of one daughter - he then asked for reimbursement of medical/dental bills over the past 6 months - our attorney did an absolute horrible job with our case and asked that in 2009 my husband come back in to have his case reviewed - ex wife was to graduate 12/19/08 and reported having no job - she was to notify us after 5 days of having a job - never did - currently support is set on my husbands income only and this year he made $10,000 less - We would like to go back in for another review but are unable to hire another attorney - being that the judge requested to come back how do we go about doing this ourselves?

Re: Support modification

I am afraid that there is no simple solution. The fact is that you must file a Motion seeking to modify child support based on a change in circumstance. There is no other way to seek a review.
