taking children out of state on vacation

My kids told me this weekend that my ex is planning to them out of state for 5 days on vacation. I don't think our divorce decree adresses this issue. Is she allowed to do that without my permission?

If there is no restriction in your divorce decree or custody order, there is nothing to preclude either party from vacationing out of state with the children during their parenting time.
