How to get temp.custody of grandchild

My 19 yr old daughter has admitted to using meth. My husband and I have removed her 5 month daughter out of that situation. We have had her for 2 weeks now and she has visited her baby a total of 3hrs,15minutes here and there. She said she is going to get treatment,but everything that comes out of her mouth are lies,she has also been hanging out with a convicted sex offender and known drug users. How do we obtain some kind of custody to protect our granddaughter from being harmed?

You would have to report the drug use to child protection and seek placement through the child protection system.
