Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Termination of legal separation

My spouse and I have been legally separated for 13 months, but reconciled and have been living together for the past 3 months. How do we terminate the legal separation in order to have a legal married status?

Thank You

Re: Termination of legal separation

Whichever person filed may simply go to the Court Adminsitrators office and ask that the Legal Separation be dismissed. If both parties sunbmitted documents to the Court, a Stipulation and Order may have to be drafted to dismiss.
