Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Termination of rights

My rights to my children were terminated one year ago. I was told that if I have another baby they can automatically take it also. How long can they do that like that. And the child protection worker harasses me and makes me go have pregnancy tests on a regular basis. Is there anything I can do so I can keep any baby I may have in the future?

Re: Termination of rights

If you were determined to be unfit and your parental rights were terminated, there will always be a prsumption that parental rights can be terminated on any subsequent children. You may fight that determination. However, you are only likely to prevail if you can demonstrate that the concerns frm the first child are no longer present.
