Turning 18 and want to go home
I turn 18 in Feb and want to go back to live with my mom. My dad says no bacause I haven't gradauated high school. I have adhd and epilepsy and want to finish school at my moms please tell me there's hope.

In order to change custody in Minnesota, there must be some showing of endangerment. At your age, if you feel strongly enough about the issue, a case may be made for developmental endangerment in order to meet the threshhold where a court can determine whether custody can be changed based on the best interests of the child.
It is not an easy task and would certainly require filing in court. However, it is possible.
