Visitation prior to divorce being final

My soon to be ex-wife moved out of state with my daughter almost a year ago. She did allow my daughter to come back to MN to visit for a period of time. Legally, does she have asay as to when the child returns to her?

The answer depends on what your court order states with regard to custody and parenting time. If it is unspecified, then no enforceable schedules exist.
