what do i do when im trying to get visitation rights but i have been adjudicated?

I presume you are inquiring about visitation rights (now called parenting time, in Minnesota), in a case where you were not married to the mother. If all you did was sign a recognition of parentage acknowledging paternity, or were ordered to pay child support, you will need to bring a motion to determine custody and parenting time in district court.
