Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My wife and I have been seperated for almost 2 years she still lives in house with my 3 kids. I am paying or trying to pay 375.00 per week the mortgage is around 2000.00 per month I still have to pay for my car sons car and insurance and my phone, tv ,internet, food. If there is no order, you have no obligation that is enforceable. You should calculate your child support obligation using child support guidelines and file an action for legal separation or divorce to have the obligations of the parties memorialized as an order.
