Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

What can I do if a woman has harassed me for 10 years that her son is my child. She has never seeked paternity or child support. There is also the possibility that she may be receiving child support from another man. I have no desire to have a relationship with this child and want the harassment to me and my extended family to stop.

You should petition for a harrassment order.

If it is your child you will have to pay child support.
