Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
I am wondering if my sons father and I have never been to family law court or custody/visitation court to establish a case. we have always done it outside of courts on our own. Well my sons father thinks he controls everything and it's gotten to the point where he brings him to school late in the days he has him or pulls him out of school for a unknown reason. Also I send my son with jacket boots gloves hat ect majority of the time I don get snowpants or boots back also clothes I send him I never see again he has said to be that my son will know the truth about me and if I take my son away from seeing him I better tread lightly going to get ugly
I want him to only go every other weekend do I need an attorney for this

I urge you to confer privately with an experienced family law attorney so she can assist and advise you. The situation sounds very unwholesome, and my impression is that you would benefit from having help and guidance.
