Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Last year i got divorced. In the divorce papers my ex had me put that i wanted 25000.00 out of his retirement, but i had to give him 15000.00. I signed a typed paper saying i would. He was suppose to keep the house and make the payments. He didnt. It went to the Sheriffs sale and was sold. Do i have to give him the money?

The answer to your question would require a review of the divorce decree and any document that purportedly modified the provisions of that decree.
