Legal Question in Medical Leave in Minnesota

hello we have a point system here at work and i am a single mother with my own home i pay the bills and my job terminates people for aquiring 8 points almost all of these points have been from my son being sick and i have brought them proof but they still give me points on these as well as when im sick and i bring notes from my doctore i need help to no what the signle mother law intels please help me
