Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

43 yr old daughter who has bipolar/schizophrenia DO, lives with mother. Previously (until 4/20/15) was under court order to do so , for supervision of meds & keeping Dr. Appts. Social Services has dropped the ball. Not responding to multiple requests to intervene. Pt lied to the judge that she was taking meds and did not intend to keep Dr. Appt.

She is on a manic cycle, terrorizing her Mother. Police were called 3 times last week due to threatening behavior. Cops have been great, but can't do much of anything until she hurts herself or somebody else! Clearly she lied in court... What can we do to get someone to act on this situation! Please respond quickly if possible... Thank you

I suggest the person with the issue confer privately with an experienced attorney at this time and she can provide detailed counsel and guidance in light of the full facts. If available, provide your attorney with copies of available written police reports, as well as other existing underlying legal (and related) documentation.
