i gave a car to my sisters's roommate in exchange for a transmission for a taurus i had. she took the car and put it in her sister's garage. her sister had the car towed and now wants to sue me for the cost of the towing stating her sister never transfered the title to the car and because the title remauns in my name she wants to sue me for the monies back from the tow of the car out of her garage because she could not get ahold of her sister. she left me a message stating this and in the message states she was storing the car for her sister. can she sue me?

The owner may have liability for storage lien.
