how much in damages should i ask for?

I am in the process of preparing a civil action against an indian casino for being unnecessarily detailed by a security supervisor. As a result, I sustained both a severe panic attack requiring medication and a hyperglycemic attack requiring the administration of insulin. The chief of security has already stated that his supervisor's actions were ''totally unwarranted''. How much in punitive damages should I ask for?

That is a very difficult question that requires more information regarding jurisdiction and the facts. Are you suing the casino in tribal court? If so, our firm has an attorney who is admitted to practice in several tribal courts.
