Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
Deposit
Can a campground keep a deposit made in the fall for seasonal camping the next summer when the campground has a long waiting list and will be filling the spot immediately. They will not only have the deposit from the person leaving but will be charging the full amount on the new person moving in. This seems like 'double dipping', is it?
