Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

former employer

i recently found out that my previous employer is still using my license to keep his company up to state law requirements. i have not worked for the company in over a year. Do i have any recourse against them for them using my name to make money for the company without me knowing or being an employee?

Re: former employer

You may have an action for damages, as well as injunctive relief. Call or email for further consultation.

Your former employer is likely committing a violation of MN Criminal law as well.
