Garnishing Wages in the Military?

Can I garnish someone's wages if they

are in the military?

If they are on active duty they are protected by the Federal Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act. How much is the judgment for ? ANy other debtors on the account? You may be able to set up properly for collection when they are discharged.
