Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
My husband and I both received a summons in the mail for a conciliation court hearing. Do we both have to attend this hearing or can my husband just attend since he is the one with all the documents and information?

You both have to attend this hearing. If one of you doesn't appear, that one will be defaulted and a default judgment will be entered.
