Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
My husbands ex inlaws are using our home address for mail with their names on the mail, but our address. We are not on great terms with them. They have never asked us for permission to do this. They live ten minutes from us, not as though they travel for the winter months where this might make sense.
