Illegal change of a corporation name

What would be the right procedure to contest an illegal change of a legally Incorporated Organization for any group to change the name of the sole proprietor of an assumed name or title, to a different name of which on the process violating the organization's constitutional by-laws?

What could we do to assume back that original name?

You should have a business attorney review the Secretary of State records, and other relevant documents to determine rights and liabilities.

I think you need to see an attorney who does business law. There are quite a few issues here. Frankly, I'm a little confused because you refer to a sole proprietor and a corporation. A sole proprietor is different from a corporation.
