Legal Way to Register Car when threaten by family with jail

I am disabled and must have a car to get around. Mother co-owns car with me. We live in different states, Mon in North Dakota me in Minnesota. Minnesota wants car registered here because thats where its housed. Mom says no way or she will charge me with Grand Theft Auto and make sure I go to jail.Car Title in ND for 23 years.Minnesota wants to charge me with Tax Evasion if not change registration and license.Mom wants me to hide her secret andIgo to jail over this. Mom and her insurance agent have not informed insurance company that car is not physically in ND to avoid higher insurance rates, agent counciled Mom not to tell and told me 11 days ago not to either. I am now at risk of being evicted from my apartment and if am evicted will lose all my disability aid and will not be able to pay any bills at all. Will not

move in with mother she is mental,verbally,and physically abusive. Mom bibolar since 1969 no meds. I refuse to go to jail for someone elses lies Mom has own house, savings, retirement, etc. that she won't lose if she goes to jail. But she insists I be a ''good'' daughter and pay her price because I have never obayed her my whole life. She has 4 living children and I'm the only one who still takles to her. WhatcanIdo?

SOunds like you need legal representation to deal with the threats and bogus claims of your family.What they are claiming and threatening have no legal basis.
