Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
I moved and want my stuff back
About a year ago, I moved out of an apartment. My old roommate kept some of my things. (ie: a television) The television was not bought jointly, it was mine. He told me I could come and get it whenever I wamted. After numerous attempts to get my belongings back, he tells me to leave him alone and that he simply ''got rid of it.'' Is there anything I can do to get my things back, or to get him to pay for the ''lost'' items?

If its "gone", you will have to take him to conciliation court for the lost value of the TV.
