Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
If a person is doing a family geanology and desides to go way beyond their family and invade others family and then publishes that info in a family book can that person be stopped, as some of the public info is sort of rude and none of an entire different familys busisness. im upset as my ex-wife and her family plus my current wife and kids are involved and have nothing to do with this fanily history.

There is nothing private abouit tracing a family history whether it is yours or another person's family.
