Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
We signed a contract with a reception site for our wedding next year. We were told at the time that their caterer would be changing by our wedding date and their dinner prices would go up as a result. When asked how much, they said "not more than $1-2 dollars per plate. They have the new caterer and prices and it turns out every dinner option has increased $11-13. That adds over 8k to our total cost! Is there a way to make them honor the price we were quoted? If not, can we force them to give our deposit back? Thank you!!
