hello.. my question..

and the reason for this email is!!!

my son is living in usa with his mother & i am living in el salvador

my son is going to have a surgery and i have no imformation from my sons mother i call her and she does not whant to give me any imformation about my son surgery.. i have jointly custody of my son but i not living in the states any more because my visa to be in the state is spired i whant to know what i can do to get imformation about my son health? thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want, u can file suit for custody of your son in India, and in response of summons thereto, the mother may reveal information in the court.

You can ask for help before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in San Salvador to contact your son and his mother; you can file a suit before the Family Court in San Salvador to make possible the exhibition of your son to you; or you can use the criminal law, but the more convenient way to take depends on the details of your case.
