Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
I am a asylee through my husband. We have separated and I am having hard time working and taking care of our two year daughter. I am thinking about sending her to India to live with my family for couple of years. What are the laws regarding my situation?

If she has been out of status for more than 1 year, that would not be a good idea.
