Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
Citizenship Application with criminal charge
I was arrested and charged in a domestic violence case - I think it was felony in state of MN. But later the charges were ammended to ''gross misdeaminor appreance'' and the whole case was dismissed by the court.
Do you think I should be able to apply for the Citizenship? If so is there any suggestion and or advice? Also, have any of of you dealt with similar cases before?
Thanks for you time,
Rajan

If the matter occurred within the last five years, it will almost certainly effect your naturalization/citizenship application. I have helped many people with such matters and therefore, if you would like to discuss your situation further, please feel free to contact me.
