Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
Court Disposition For Citizenship
How do I get the court disposition/final judgement from the court that can be submitted with my citizenship application (Henn. 4th District, MN). I tried obtaining it but they sent me the case history and I come to know that this is not acceptable by the INS. Is there a terminology that I can use to make that request? The court clerk is not clear on what I am talking about.
Your help is appreciated.

You should request a certified copy of the entire court record regarding your case.
